Export formats auditors prefer

A single CSV is rarely enough. Reviewers want context they can trust beside the raw rows.

Documents spread on a desk for review

Ship four pieces: a one-page cover sheet, a chronology of the case, the raw extract, and a limitation note. The extract can stay CSV or JSON; the story should not live only in someone’s inbox.

Checksum the extract

Record a hash and the export timestamp. If someone later “tidies” the file, the mismatch is visible. This is dull work that prevents loud arguments.

Keep screenshots secondary

Screenshots help when a UI state matters, but they are poor as the only evidence. Prefer structured fields your audit trail reporting app can regenerate.

Evidence Pack Studio spends a full day assembling one pack end to end with your samples.
